Electronic Fiberglass Cloth
Electronic fiberglass cloth is a thin, lightweight, and tightly woven E-glass fabric used as a reinforcing and insulating base material in electronic and electrical applications. It is commonly impregnated with epoxy resin to produce PCB laminates, copper clad laminates, FR4, G10, G11 epoxy laminates, PCB boards, insulation sheets, and other electrical insulation materials.
Compared with general industrial fiberglass fabric, electronic-grade fiberglass cloth requires more precise thickness control, fiber density, surface treatment, dielectric performance, and resin impregnation stability.
